Email notification not working / Test email send ok

Hello, i've configured "Email notifications" and successfully received test email, but any changes in work packages do not raised email notification sending. Emails are correct in profiles. Do I need to configure crontab? or any other settings. Thank you.

Hello Anton

In addition to the general settings for sending e-mail, the individual settings configured by each user affect the notifications and e-mails sent. Maybe the individual settings just need to be adjusted.

Users can configure the content and time when they receive emails.

Please refer to -> Notification Settings and -> Email Reminders for a detailed explanation.
