Permissions to save cost reports for project admin

I am currently struggling to standardize our cost and time reporting, structured on an Open Project Community Edition. I am a in the role "Project Admin", but I am not able to save a cost report for myself or publicly. Is the permission to do this only for administrators or is there a role in between that can edit the public cost reports.

Hi Cornelius, 

Your system admin can adjust your role as described here. 

To be able to save a public or private cost report you would need the permissions "Save public cost reports" and "Save private cost reports".
