[Improvement suggestion] Add functionality by time period for non working days

Hi OpenProject developer,

  1. Can you add functionality by time period for non-working days, such as add 2023-10-01~2023-10-07 as a public non-working day, it will be easy add and modify than add one by one.
  2. Can you add modify function for non-working days? There is no modify button so I can't modify a added non-working days.

After considerable debugging, it was discovered that the server's firewall was preventing access. Firewall rules to permit the connection using ports 80 and 443 were not created during the installation.

Following extensive troubleshooting, it was revealed that the server's firewall was denying access. During the installation, no firewall rules were written to allow connections on ports 80 and 443.
