How to automatically switch project status text to different languages based on different languages?

Hi,

How to automatically switch project status text to different languages based on different languages?

I have translated the status words to the locale language, but when I switch the web interface language to English, the status words still display in my locale language, so It is not convenient for my foreign teammates.
