Restore Specific Deleted Projects

We have a few projects that were accidently deleted by one of the Project Administrators. Is there a way to restore the projects from an older snapshot of the Open Project system?

We are currently using the Community Edition (12.4.5, PostgreSQL 14.6) and the snapshot is version 12.2.2, PostgreSQL 12.5 from about 6-7 months ago. These are "on-premises" installs.
