Added by roi k over 11 years ago

HI All,

Thank you for a great product, so happy to be able to use this application,
I just downloaded , installed, and played around with the app, just wondering
how do i change the status of an issue, from , new to resolved . which indicates
an issue is closed .

Thank you all

Hi,

you can find a menu at the top-right corner of the page looking like this:

If you do not see that menu, be sure you are logged in and the administrator gave you the appropriate access rights to the project.

If you see the menu, click on “update”. Then a form loads, which looks like this:

Here you can change the status.

yours,
Philipp

Hi Phillip,

Yes, I managed to figured it out, the problem was in project settings, I never assigned members and roles to the projects i created
I had assumed author is implicitly added as manager to projects, but apparently it’s not. or am I doing something wrong when I create
a new project ?

Thank you for the prompt response.

Roi
