Related work packages

Hi!

I set two work packages with precedes and follows features. It means they are connected and if I shift the preceding work package, the following will shift too the same days.
Well, I tried this configuration and when I shift the preceding one to a later date, then the following one is shifted correctly. However, if I shift the preceding work package to an earlier date, then the following one is not shifted. Is it a bug or I am doing any configuration incorrectly?

I also see this as a problem. This project ticks so many boxes but this inability to recalculate dates for related times when bring them forward is a pain. Especially if you accidentally move one back that has a lot of related items. ;) any solution or suggestions would be great.
