No Status Option when creating New Work Package

I have just installed OP3 on CentOS 6.x, also created a couple of entries at Work Package Statues.
However when trying to create a new Work packages, the status option box (i.e. drop down menu) bar is
missing, hence I can’t select anything. All the rest of options are available. Any advice where
to look into for potential issue?

Hi Daniel,

It seems as if the workflows for that user are not correctly configured.

Please check your workflows for the types activated in that project here:

Modules -> Administration -> Workflows

Then please check in the project settings -> Members whether this person has the correct role in that project.

Hi Niels,

Thanks you and appreciate for taking your time to guide me through this. I finally found out that the problem is due to not choosing a statues to be the default setting for the set of work packages statues I created earlier. Once I choose one of them to be the default statues, the drop-down bar appeared miraculously. Will walk through the workflow next as suggested.
