Problem with NextCloud integration.

Hi,

Introdactions:

OS - Ubuntu server 22.04

OpenProject 12.2.5

Nextcloud Hub 2

Problem:

I have a problem with NextCloud integration.

I get this error if I try to enable "OpenProject integration app" on My Nextcloud:

"cURL error 60: SSL certificate problem: unable to get local issuer certificate"

I found some tips about this problem. People advise to add .pem file to "cert" directoty and update file "php.ini" - but I don't have it.

Can we help me, please?

Hi Валерій

If the issue is on the Nextcloud side, did you try to ask at Nextcloud?

as far as I know there is not php.ini in OpenProject but there is maybe one in Nextcloud...

Hi!
The problem was in the certificate chain in the OpenProject server.

Great that you found the solution.

Just to understand why you think the issue is on your Open project server.

Was it updated to the latest OS release and patch level? Which OS and Version do you use for OpenProject Server?

Does your Nextcloud Server has the latest OS and patch level? Which OS and Version do you use for the Nextcloud Server?

Is your certificate on the Nextcloud Server recognized by default by all your client machines from a default OS Installation?

Https worked ok if I used a browser, but I got errors If I used curl or tryed to integrated OpenProject with Nextcloude.

So, problem was in the ssl certificates, not in the OpenProject :) When I  have changed a certificate - this error lost is gone.

But I have a new problem,  when I try to connect to Nextcloude:
