I would like to ask if from Open Project there is possibility to access external system API. 

As example there is possibility to access gitlab's api to create automatically release branches or initiate pipelines/deployment from inside OpenProject with button or from a state change at a work Package.

Another example is to connect to any other API in the same way to trigger in general a functionality somewhere else.

I saw that actions on workflow exists in paid version not community but from what i saw these are actions that do things inside OpenProject to work packages not a communication to external API and also i do not know what could be the limitations of the existing also implementation.

If there is any solution or guide or limitation about versions or this is not possible please let me know
