Import MPP or XLSX

Hello, is it possible to import an MS-Project .mpp file into OpenProject?  If not, is it possible to import an .xlsx that was created from an MS-Project export?   Will all data that is in the .xlsx (task name, assignment, duration, start, etc. be imported into OpenProject?    Incidentally, I am referring to a one-way import from MS-Project.  I am not looking to use excel-sync.  Once I get my Project into OP, I would work it only there.

I think, what you are looking for is this: https://www.openproject.org/docs/system-admin-guide/integrations/#microsoft-project 

There is an integration between MS Project and OpenProject. However, the synch plugin is not actively maintained at this time. If you wish to find out more, please contact us. To synchronize tasks from MS Project to OpenProject, you can export your MS Project file to Excel and then synchronize it with OpenProject.
