Log Time Screen Loses Focus/Disappears, OP 12.4

Not sure if anyone else has seen this issue, but we have noticed that the "Log Time" screen appears to lose focus/disappears when doing entries. The problem appears to have started with the 12.4 update (12.4.0). 

One example appears to happen when entering information into the Comment field and the entry exceeds the "visible" size of the existing field, move the mouse to a different location. Previously, we would enter comments, move else where, then come back and continue. Now the screen (and information) completely disappear. 

Other times, just having the "Log Time" screen up, then changing the focus causes the "Log Time" screen to disappear.

Hi John, 

We couldn't reproduce the described behaviour. Could you kindly send us a quick video to see what happens when you log time?
That would be very helpful.

Attached is an example... the first opens a "Log Time" screen and it somehow disappears. The next two are where the focus changes and the "Log Time" screen disappears. 

I have talked to other users here and they all mention the same issue.

The expected behaviour would be that the log time modal closes when clicking outside of it. It was not possible to reproduce the log time modal disappearing randomly.

Thanks for the update. I did open a bug report for this (45919) but since it is not "reproducible" on your end I suspect it will not get resolved. We just know a number of our users have commented on it... if it becomes a source of frustration for our users... they will stop using it. :(
