Workaround for restore Single Project?

Added by Fabian Fippl 10 months ago

Hi there and kind regards,

Is there a workaround available to restore a single Project of the openproject db at my PostgreSQL from a dump? I found only options to restore the whole database, but i think this is not mostly useful.

The reasons of data lost situations are mostly intentional data changes or deletions by members or project managers in a single project. Restoring the whole database will delete all data in all other projects from current time to restore time. So we need an option to restore just a single project from a backup dump.

Thanks for attention, i'm very excited for your ideas :)
