Is it possible to automatically open messages sent to the app's email account as a support ticket in the app?

You can set up meetings in OpenProject and notify the users about those meetings by email (using the "Send for review" button (you can also send an email with an attached .ical file)).

I can do this in a domain where I use a different version. I thought it was the version difference. Thank you for your support Adam. I need your support on another issue, can you help me?
