GMT+1 Berlin not working

Hello everyone,

I currently have the problem that if I set the time to GMT+1 Berlin in the settings (regardless of whether it is global or user-related), it automatically jumps to GMT+1 Stockholm. In general, this behavior seems to exist in all GMT+1 time zones. Can someone confirm this behavior or has a solution for it? OP version 12.3.0 is used. Thank you in advance. :)
