Background why US-EN is used: US-EN is THE NATIVE COMPUTER LANGUAGE, it is used on most of all computers world wide. Correct me if I am wrong.
What would be the goal for you to do a GB-EN version? Is it worth the effort? Do you not understand certain words in the US-EN or are there technical issues you came across? It would be interesting to see what is driving you to offer your help.
