We recently updated from 12.0.10 to 12.2.2 and notice that the "My Spent Time" look and feel changed. 
In older versions, the display of different times filled the entire "day". Now the different entries appear to be "staggered" and un-readable. The "readabilty" appears to improve with the amount of time spent on a work task. 

I cannot find any documentation in the release notes that indicate there was a change.
