Auto change "new" --> "in progress" when a comment is added

I'm writing from my company's account and have the following question.

Is it possible to achieve the following:

  • Someone creates a task; status is new
  • Someone different from the author adds a comment
  • Status should now automatically change from new to "in progress"

Thanks for any hints on that topic.
