Convert Work Package into Project

There are times where we create a Work Package/task in an existing project, only to discover the time required and possible steps are much more complex than expected. In those cases, it would be nice to convert an existing Work Package/task into a project. 

At the moment, we create a new project and move the existing Work Package/task from it's existing location into the new project.
