AD LDAPS not work after upgrade 12.1.6 from 10

DC hostname + 636 port + simple_tls works fine with openproject9-10.x running on ubuntu 18.04

After upgrade to 12.1.6 + PostgreSQL 13.7, everything test ok! But only ldaps connect test failed with error: Connection reset by peer - SSL_connect

Change to 389 port with none tls is ok.

At first, I guess maybe some bug with upgrade,  after fresh install ubuntu 20.04 + Openproject 12.1.6 for test, the issue is same, only work fine with 389.
