I have a problem about Spent Time section with excel download & Upload problem.

Hello everyone, I wacthed youtube videos too but how can i upload succesfully about spent time section please? can you help me about with video will be amazing realy!. Cause datas are very different looking with numbers & letters mixed.. And when i try i didnt see succesfully never... Or if you have any documents or information about that can you share with me please? Thank you so much.. Gratefull!!!
