Reader should see only assigned tasks

Hi guys, I have a problem about readers. I want to create a project every single office workers involved and readers should only see assigned tasks. Readers shouldn't watch any other tasks which not related to them. Thanks

There is a feature request about work packages with reduced visibility: https://community.openproject.org/projects/openproject/work_packages/17517/activity
