OpenProject 12.1.4 on Synology NAS (Docker) -- very slow

Hallo

I would like to ask for some help.

I'm using OpenProject 12.1.4 via docker on my Synology NAS (DS918+). I'm able to lock-in and to create new projects. Unfortunately OpenProject performs extremely slow. And my skills to solve the problem are limited.

Should I use another version of the program or is there some other known solution?
