Problems with workpackage mail notification

Hello all,

I've recently installed Openproject on a Ubuntu Server from your sources via package. (https://www.openproject.org/docs/installation-and-operations/installation/packaged/#ubuntu-2004)

Everything is working great except from mail notification for work packages.

I've read all the threads on how to solve this, but none of them helped me, the cronjob is not working.

  • Openproject is running in apache and has a postgresql database.
  • Openproject is installed in /opt/openproject, but there is no .rvm directory.
  • /home/openproject is empty!

When I run "openproject run RAILS_ENV=production bundle exec script/delayed_job start" i get the error RAILS_ENV=prodcution: not found.

I've checked delayed jobs in console with command Delayed::Job.count and i get 9 as result.

When I run "openproject run bundle exec rake jobs:workoff" i get this:

Can you help me?

Any idea guys? As i installed it through the packaged installation, everything should be fine. I don't know what is missing.
