Adding picture in comment

My user not able to upload picture when commenting. There is no image upload button available there. Anyone can point me how to fix that?

Hello Harpan, you can upload pictures using the insert image feature in the head bar of the text editor. Or just paste them into the text using STRG+V.

There is no such button for my user. Yes, I have that button when I logged in as project admin. But its not available to my custom role user.
