Cant perform backup

Hello to all

Im trying to perform a backup on my OpenProject instance. I have already created the backup token but when i try to execute the backup process, all I get is a Not Found message.

My system:
Core version OpenProject 12.0.4 
PostgreSQL version 13.5

I have exactly the same problem on Ubuntu 18.04.

OpenProject is Up to Date.
