Non-editable fields

Added by Valerio Pupillo over 3 years ago

Hi, I'm using OpenProject and it's great.

I have a question. Can I configure some roles can modify the fields of a task, but other fields are not editable?

Likewise. Can I configure some roles can display fields of a task, but other fields are not visible?

Thanks a lot.

Hi Valerio,

Great to hear that you like OpenProject!

We have feature request #27846  which is about per-attribute permissions for work packages. I have left a vote for you.

It is not possible to reduce the visibility of certain fields in a work package. However, there is a similar feature request (#17517 ) which is about private work packages and might be interesting for you.

Kind regards
Samantha
