multi project ressource management

I have seen that openproject release a new version. 

i have read the release notes but didn't find a word on a functionnality that prevent me to use is

it s the multi project ressource management.

I have seen this

but i m not sure what to think if it s present or not

Thank you very much for your question. 
This feature is still on our wish list but we are incrementally working towards multi-project resource management. I have also left a vote for you in the feature request. 

Here is our roadmap and our release plan.
