Locked out - LDAP password needs to change HELP!!! URGENT!

I changed my ldap password but I wasn't logged into openproject so it has the wrong password.

Is there a ruby command to change it?  Or can I put it in the database?  Or can I turn off ldap and just login as the admin?

And no, I can't change the password back - corporate policies in place.
