OpenId auto remap for Enterprise Cloud

Have OpenProject Enterprise Cloud and have enabled Azure as OpenId provider for Open Project. We want to automatically remap existing users to Azure users. It is describe in the documentation: https://www.openproject.org/docs/system-admin-guide/authentication/openid-providers/#troubleshooting

But this description is only for self-hosted. How do we do this for cloud hosted?
