How to modify the Wiki tree css to start collapsed?

The Wiki tree starts always fully expanded in every tree dimension. As this is a little complex in large Wikis, how to set the start CSS class collapsed? 

In standard it starts with <li class="-hierarchy-expanded">
Needed is <li class="-hierarchy-collapsed">

Is there an easy way to alter a file in the community Edition? 
And what file exactly? We host on an own virtual server. 

That would help a lot.
