Time and costs report show Estimated Time

My team is not moving forward to use the "Time Spent" input due to its extra work and difficult to judge.

However, we do have control to review the "Estimated Time", and we would like to have the Time and costs report able to search closed task/feature/bug based on "period", and able to group and summarize the "Estimated Time".

Would this be available? if not as community feature, then in Enterprise Cloud?
