Unable to copy budgets from one project to another

I am trying to copy budgets which are already defined in 1 project to another new project, but i am unable to do it. I have tried as both Project Template and Copy Project, both functions do no copy budgets. Anyone knows any workaround?

Hi Peter,

Thanks for your response. As per the link shared, i tried copying work packages and move work packages. Both function fails if the work package has budgets defined in them. For some reason OP does not want to copy budgets.

Hi, Budgets are not currently copied when a project or template is copied. Could you open a feature request in the wish list? https://www.openproject.org/docs/development/submit-feature-idea/
