Toggl Track integration

I would like to feed Toggl data back to OP work packages. The documentation refers to the API, but it gives no hint whatsoever, where to start or how this could be achieved. I am sure this is something many users would find really helpful... Can one of the tech gurus post a walkthrough? Or at least a rough outline?

That would be very, very cool.

I would welcome this also! Even a few choice pointers would probably mean I could get started somewhere.
