Is it possible to send a notification to myself by using @user_id or something else in comments? Often I have to documentate / remember work packages during team meeting, not assigned to me, because there is a little topic to do. But my own user is not visible in userlist after @ symbol.

I thought I read about this some weeks ago, but can't find the information anymore.
