Is it possible to pay for a hosted version of the community edition?

If my team wanted the convenience of using the cloud hosted version of open project but wanted the option to migrate of a self-hosted instance of the community version at some point in the future is it an option to only make available community features in the cloud version so that there would not be an issue migrating? That is assuming it is possible to migrate a whole instance from the cloud to a local deployment at least for the enterprise version?
