[Inbound Mails] - trackers vs work-packages

Added by Sven Kunze almost 4 years ago

Hi everybody,

maybe it's a documentation issue or maybe, I am missing something.

While reading https://www.openproject.org/docs/installation-and-operations/configuration/incoming-emails/, I wanted to know how to specify the ID of the work-package.

I wonder how to update a work-package and at the same time I found "tracker" as the something that can be specified in the mail.

Is it the same? If not, what is a tracker and how can we specify the work-package in an inbound mail?

Best,
Sven

I'm having the same question. I wish someone could answer this.
