Log time for own tasks

Hello Team

First of all thank you for amazing work for OpenProject - truly impressive.  Introducing Self - I am managing development factory for one of the leading bank in India & exploring Openproject for my development team. 

Started exploring docker version in my local and want to understand how can we control log time functionality and individuals should be able to log time only for own tasks (not which is not assigned to him/her). Believe by default configuration - any user can log time for other tasks/milestone which is not assigned to him/her.  Really want to control same for better tracking. Need your expert advice. thanks.
