Not able to import ExcelSheet into OpenProject

Dear Friends, 

I am not able to import Excel Sheet which is nothing but an exported data from JIRA into OpenProject. However, I have followed the following steps mentioned in the below url. 

https://www.openproject.org/docs/user-guide/integrations/excel-synchronization/.

Step 10 onwards I am not able to do so. I would like to import the excel sheet data contents into Open Project and I have added custom fields in Open Project work packages as per the excel sheet. Need some help on it.
