Project Settings Info Error Message, v 11.3.0

Not sure if anyone else is seeing this issue, but we just upgraded to 11.3.0 and when selecting "Project Settings" and "Information", we receive the following error:

We confirmed this on multiple desktops.

It only appears to occur on the "Information" menu item.. all other "Project Settings" elements appear to work fine.
