Hierarchy: links are not working anymore

Could it be that since 11.3 the Hierarchy: (or parents) links are not working anymore. 

In the past I used the top row with the hierarchy (showing the parents) as breadcrumb navigation.

Regression or new feature?

I tested with Chrome and Brave, same result.
