ScriptRunner for OP

Could I add the value of the fields depending on the value of other fields or custom actions.

Maybe there is a plugin that works with scripts like ScriptRunner for Jira? 

'Custom actions' only adds a button to the issue/task screen and user need press it (I want automate this process).

For example if status change to 'In progress' assignee become Ivanov Ivan.
