Importing instance into another

I am currently trying to export a full openproject installation (running v.7.4.7) and import it into a second openproject instance running v.11. How would you suggest me to do this? If possible I could also manually export project by project and import it but I don't know of any way to export a (whole) project. Thanks in advance!
