Status of Documents API?

Hi,

From the documentation:

https://docs.openproject.org/api/endpoints/documents/

it looks as if the Documents API isn't fully implemented/functional. I'd like to be able to create a document and associate an attachment with it. Is this possible in the latest OpenProject (via API v3)? If not, is there a plan to implement documentat creation in the Documents API in the near future?
