[Solved] Backlogs are gone after refresh

Added by Thales Maia about 4 years ago

Hi there, I've created a version and I can create a task for backlogs. The problem is that when I refresh the page it appears blank, however there are tasks.

Please, check the image bellow.

Besides, when I access Task board and try to move tasks, it doesn't allow it.

I'm using docker image OpenProject 11.1.4 (PostgreSQL). The last available at docker.

Hi there,

please make sure that the type of the work package you create is the one defined as story type or task type in the backlogs configuration. Futhermore, in this view only stories (Epic or User Story) will be shown, not the tasks.

Regarding the second screenshot:

As the error message tells you sprint impediments (i.e. tasks/topics/work packages that block other work packages from beeing finished) need to include the ID of the work package they are supposed to block.

Kind regards

Thank you. After some time struggling, I think I understood it. Please, check the image bellow.

Every sprint has an user story. Every user story has tasks inside. Is that the correct way of using it?

It was only possible to create tasks that I can move If I use task board "plus" icon. Otherwise it keep stuck. Its working now. Thank you.
