Missing session invalidation on password change

Added by vishu20 vishu20 about 4 years ago

Hi there

If I change the credentials of Openproject , my other open sessions are still working , ideally it should be invalid/closed once changing password. Is there any functionality already deployed to fix the problem.

Hello,

Thank you very much for your feedback on this topic.

The described behavior should not cause any security issues as the previous session is only open on your device and once logged out you are asked to login with your newly created credentials.

Kind regards
Samantha
