Question about resource usage and optimization

Hello,

We just setup OpenProject 11 for our company. It works as well.
But there is a problem that we don't understand: it consumes too much ram, while very little CPU.
It was running within docker containers, in a VPS with 4 cores and 24G RAM. In puma.rb we set to 7 workers.
More info about the platform: Debian 10.8.0, docker 20.10.5, about 100 users.

Could you give us some advice for the best config to use these resources more effective?
