Store conversation

Hi, I'm new to Openproject. I'd like to share with my team my conversation with client. It's updated every day. I want to place it somewhere and my teammates would be able to see the appendages which appear every time. I only see 2 options - make it in "News" or to create topic in "Forums". Looks not so suitable for this task.

I would recommend the comment feature of the work packages.

If that's not suitable you could copy your conversation to a wiki page.

But maybe somebody else has a better idea...
