Accessing api folder from web browser question

Hi Everyone! I just installed OpenProject Community Edition (in Docker) and getting started with it. One thing I noticed was when I try to access the /api folder when using http://localhost:9091/api/v3/, I am getting a 401 Error. Wondering the Community Edition supports accessing /api in this way and if so, what could be done to resolve this? Hope you can help!
