Versioning with subprojects

I am using OpenProject to manage my software product and I want to use the versioning module.

I would like to be able to assign work packages in subprojects to versions of the parent project, is this possible?

Quick example of my workflow:

Product - (Main Project)
---- Customer Requests - (sub projects containing work packages for new features)
       ---- Feature A = Product Version 1
       ---- Feature B = Product Version 2

       ---- Etc.

Yes, it is possible; set the sharing for the version to "with sub project"
